Terms and Conditions for the Nuraxi Collective Experience

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the Nuraxi Collective Experience (“Event”) organized by Sherdana Patrimonium Limited on behalf of Nuraxi Holding srl (“Organizer”). By registering for the Event, participants (“Participants”) agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Registration and Payment
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Event fee is required to secure a spot.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due no later than March 30, 2025.

3. Cancellation Policy
If a Participant needs to cancel their participation, refunds will be issued as follows:

More than 3 months before the Event:
90% refund of the total Event fee.

1 to 3 months before the Event:
60% refund of the total Event fee.

2 to 4 weeks before the Event:
30% refund of the total Event fee.

Less than 2 weeks before the Event:
10% refund of the total Event fee.

4. Force Majeure and Rescheduling
In the event that the Organizer must cancel or postpone the Event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other “Acts of God,” the following will apply:

Rescheduling:
The Organizer will reschedule the Event to a later date.

Deposit Allocation: Participants’ deposits will be retained and applied toward the rescheduled Event.

5. Program and Co-Hosts
The Event includes programs led by co-hosts Dr. Zach Bush and Vivian Rosenthal, who are contractually committed to their participation. However, the Organizer reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the program or substitute facilitators if unforeseen circumstances arise.

6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
Ensuring they meet any health or fitness requirements for activities during the Event.

Obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover potential risks, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

Complying with all local laws and regulations during the Event.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not liable for any:
Personal injury, illness, or loss of property during the Event.
Travel delays or cancellations.

Additional costs incurred by Participants due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Event, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
